Mr. Shyam Singh Yadav, the President of the U.P. State Rifle Association, brings distinguished leadership and public service experience to the role. A former Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha), Mr. Yadav’s vision is to empower young athletes and elevate the standard of shooting sports in Uttar Pradesh.
